At Sparx Hockey, we stand behind our precision engineering and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't meeting your performance standards, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your return box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
